Hip Hop Fitness
Hip Hop Fitness combines a high energy dance class with a calorie-busting workout! Learn real dance steps from popular styles like Hip Hop and Dancehall while giving your body a full aerobic workout.

Yoga Fusion
Get a body like the stars with our Yoga Fusion class. A form of Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga, linking breath and movement in an active practice incorporating sun salutations, strong holds, inversions, arm-balances and core strengthening. Expect to sweat!

Boot Camps
Seasonal outdoor Boot Camp courses run regularly throughout the year. Featuring body weight training, cardio and aerobic fitness, interval training as well as strengthening and conditioning components. Get amazing results in a positive group atmosphere.

Power Pilates
This class uses controlled movements which primarily focus on your “core” to build body strength, flexibility and endurance. Power Pilates is a body conditioning routine that won’t result in bulky muscles.
